EP's are requesting access to have an auto generated label when they place an account on hold (funds hold). Easier for them to identify which merchants are currently on funding holds as they review the Risk Review report.
This feature would also benefit our internal risk monitoring in MXC. This feature should also work in reverse if the EP or our internal users remove a funding hold, where the label drops off the account.
This supports the migration from Vimas which has a hold report that can be generated. This will replace the Vimas report by leveraging the ability to filter by this hold label.
Hold label should be "Risk Hold". Need to confirm with Bill Christensen on the feature and decision for final label name.
