As a user, I would like to have TIN Validation as part of application validation prior to submitting app to UW in order to reduce Invalid TIN

Validate the TIN and TFN prior to allowing submission of the app. If an invalid response is received then the user would not be able to submit the app.

As an Underwriter, I would like an automated letter when account is declined

when account is declined. letter gets automatically generated and emailed to merchant/iso with reason, and includes FCRA info.

As an Underwriter, I would like an underwriting queue will automatically disburse merchant accounts to underwriters as the accounts come in on a rotating basis.

This would only be used in the case where the Vortex automation could not decision the account on its own and needed human intervention. Set Tiers for each underwriter with parameters they are able to approve. based on this tier if an account come...

As an underwriter, I would like matching data to related accounts to show up immediately when account is in underwriting stage

currently this takes 3 hours. We need the ability to match merchant data accross all channels and bank relationships before and after Approval. This will allow UW and Risk to indentify related accounts and possible load balancing or increased risk...
