This would only be used in the case where the Vortex automation could not decision the account on its own and needed human intervention.
Set Tiers for each underwriter with parameters they are able to approve. based on this tier if an account comes in it can get assigned to such underwriter. Underwriters will need to be signed into vortex for them to be eligible to receive account.
