Tsys Interchange Buckets added to MXC

As a user, it would be very helpful to have a link to the Tsys Interchange Buckets on MXC like they are currently in Vimas.

Add status to ACH Reject and Reserve Report

ISO would like to see status similar to what is displayed in Vimas today: collected/uncollected. The ISO would like if the item has been worked and has been resolved.

As a user, I would like to see Graphs on my domain level reports

These could be added above the report grids to give a more visual look at the data and improve the UI. This would be an external facing report
