as a Client Services rep, I would like to be able to search by MX Merchant username and Vortex return me a list of merchants associated with that username

ISO would like Group By function to allow grouping by Owner/Signer when reviewing existing Merchants on the Client screen.

Need to create a process for when a First Data merchant boards with a lease, that a new case will be created with paperwork to work the lease

ISO would like to see if an account is considered high risk or low risk since books are now combined.
