As a user, I would like to be notified of how many new feed items I had when I logged in, so I could be aware and quickly access all the new information on my accounts.

This would be a toaster message that could be turned off if the user wanted.

• This would be on both the domain feed and merchant feed.
• When you log in the notification would say "You have 6 new feed messages" with a link to the domain feed so you could see them all.
