As a user, I would like a way to round robin cases to different reps

This automation would assign each specific case to a rep to work the case.  

  • Idea being that cases should be evenly distributed across teams
  • reps with no cases should be highest priority to receive case
  • should be a way to assign specific cases to reps that are specialists in
  • Needs to be a way to remove reps from the queue if not available
