As a CS rep, I would like an API log

would need a place where Tom's team can see when there are errors, and api activity

- for customer service, so they can see the last 24 hours worth of errors

- would like to have an API label for customer service

- party indentifaction label to help get more information to the person trying to help

need to have a way to communicate to all that there are changes to the API for all to see and be notified
