As a User I would like the ability to modify merchant data on the merchant screen in real time
- need to be able to edit UAR on edit pop out screens in Vortex
- wire up the API calls to save the changes
- trackable
- change needs to be checked once made (dda change)
- rules/flags pre built acceptance criteria
