MXC Enhancement: Account Submission Email Alert

Upon a successful submission of an application in MXConnect, when the status changes to a "Received" status, an email alert should be generated and sent to sales contacts on the account.

For example, on the Verity sales side, when the account is "received" an email alert would be automatically sent to the Sales Agent, and the Relationship Manager that is configured to the individual partner.

The business case for this is to provide updates to relevant team members to begin their progress tracking of an account. This will help to identify any underwriting delays, technology delays, or other events that a team member may need to step in on and take action to get an account submitted. This enhancement could be furthered by sending the same type of alert for any account status change: received, pending, conditionally approved, approved. By doing so, we would not rely on the underwriter to send manual updates. They will still do so in the cases of pends, but the team members would be made aware of a status change, allowing them to act immediately.

This need has been developed due to experiences by the PPS RI, Verity, and PPS FI RM and Sales teams, especially as we have been working through some of the intermittent MXC bugs.
