I would like the ability to set pricing on the ACH app, both as a default price and for specific merchants. In particular, the ability to set a discount rate on the transactions.
I spoke with the ACH.COM team and they went ahead and updated your pricing within MX ISO/Agent for you. So that pricing should now be available to your merchants when they log into MXM.
Have you entered your ACH reseller ID within MXA under the configure option in order to display that pricing within MXM when the merchant views the ACH app? I tried looking up your portfolio and it appears that the PPS default is still listed which is why your customers are not being charged/seeing the ACH price that you have added. To do so, go to your portfolio, go to marketplace apps, find the ACH.COM app and click the plus button next to configure, here you can enter your reseller ID. I understand that this doesn't resolve individual pricing per merchant like you were hoping for, however, that is not something that is done with MXM that would be an MX ISO/Agent or Vortex enhancement. I am going to move this ticket over to their ideas platform so you will stay informed as that team makes progress on your request. In the meantime, although not ideal, if you would like to update individual MIDs pricing you can let the merchant install the ACH.COM app within MXM at whatever your default pricing is and then send in a change form to ach.com
We already are a reseller with ACH.com, so i can set the price if I app them separately for ACH. However, what I'd like to do is allow them to add the ACH app in MX, but to be able to edit the pricing. Much easier to tell a merchant to click a button if they want ACH than to sell it as a whole separate service and application.
To set your ACH pricing you must reach out to ACH.COM to become an ACH reseller by speaking directly with ACH.COM. You can reach them at 866-859-0555 (select option 1 if you are not already a reseller. Option 2 if you are already a reseller).
