As a user, I would like the Agreements search to search on Scope AND Type instead of just Type

Since Scope is the farthest left column, it makes logical sense to search on that column instead of type.

As a user, I like an expired link column on the draft grid

This would show that the link expired so the agent can see when they need to resend the links to the merchants
