As a user, I would like the Authorization report pulling data from our own front end

FD, TSYS, and our authorization front end should inform the report.

As a user, I would like the Settlement, Deposit, and Interchange report pulling data from tsys / fd

FD and TSYS should inform the reports for the following reports: - settlement - deposit - interchange

As a user, I would like all my monetary reports to show the total amount in the top right corner like deposits does

this would include Adjustments Auth Batches Settlement Chargebacks Interchange Reserves Retrievals
